Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE: WFC) Chief Executive Tim Sloan received $17.4 million, or a 36% increase, in compensation for 2017, according to a Wednesday regulatory filing. Sloan received a $2.4 million base salary for 2017, plus $15 million in long-term performance shares. He did not receive a cash bonus.
